Is my period normal..?

A period should last between 2 and 7 days. It can go a little over a week (8 or 9) but should not last longer and if you find that all of your periods become longer than a week, you should talk to your doctor. A heavy period is when you have to change the pad in less than 2 hours. If this happens, also talk to your doctor.
