Why isn't my telescope working? (It actually makes things smaller?)?

This may seem kind of silly, but check that the lenses are facing the right direction. When I built my first scope, I had the same problem. Turns out I actually had put one lense in backwards. Try flipping one lense over, see if that helps at all.
