Help me with Saiga/ AK mount/ optics?

did not get the answers i want last time so i will try again. I want a side mount w/ quick detatch, quad rail forearm, a nice illuminated scope or red dot with magnifier. Quality is important to me but i want to keep all this under 400. please help, and include links. thank you so much
