My 22month year old with ear infection and 3 swollen nodes in back of ear and 1 in back of head?

ear infection is not for A&E, my son always gets a raised node with infections,,if your child is happy and playing/ eating/ drinking normally then it can wait till monday for the GP for antibiotics. just wash as normall.
