Tumblr problem (the new dashboard)?

So since they got this new tumblr dashboard I can't see my drafts, followers, queue etc, can somebody help me? If it has something to do with flashplayer, I dunno how to fix it, I couldn't even see videos on tumblr before the dashboard update. (not only tumblr btw) I've tried re-installing flash, but it just doesn't work.
