I need help with Netflix?

The website says that you are able to make up to four unique profiles under one account, so you can have your own personal movie queue, but the problem is, I have no idea how to make the profiles! I've been looking all over the internet, but they all say the same thing, "click account profiles". But there is no button that says "account profiles"! Help please? How do I make multiple profiles under 1 netflix account?
