Is Busch Gardens VA's "Quick Queue" really worth it?

I'm going to Busch Gardens in August and I'm wondering if the Unlimited pass is worth it (I would like to ride every roller coaster more than two times). Also, how does the system work? Is it like Q-Bot or FastPass where you book a time or what?
