Olympus c 700 camera?? is it a good idea to buy for professional looking photos?

It's a very old 'bridge' camera that uses obsolete recording media to store images. Buy it for a couple of bucks just to play around with manual exposure if you like, but there's NO WAY that it will be able to take 'professional' looking photos.
