When is Psych season 5 coming to Netflix instant queue?

I know I can get the DVDs but I'd like to watch it streaming. I heard that it was supposed to come out around today but so far it hasn't come up. Are they going to wait longer because they are starting the new season in the fall? And does anyone know the month or date it will be released? If it is going to be, that is. Thank you!
