What is it like to raise twins?

i am going to the hospital tomorrow morning to have a c section and meet my twins.... i wasnt overly scared until now because i am worrying if i will be able to give them the same amount of attention and soothe them and change their diapers on queue... my boyfriend is of course going to help he will be a great dad but as a mother i have worries... so whats it like am i overreacting?
