Would you be annoyed if you were slagged off by another yahoo answer!?

Yes I would be and the answer was inappropriate. I was under the impression that calling out another user on here was a violation, and to comment about their answer, well... that is something you don't see allot on here. I personally would never post that an answer is wrong, but here's mine and its correct. My suggestion to you would be to block this user to avoid any future problems.
