What would you call this?

When I was a kid, I used to get these tics. It was small things, like moving my shoulder, blinking really hard and fast, snapping my fingers, and I even used to say stuff constantly. Then as I go older, I grew out of them. Then, two years ago, I started to count every step I took in my head. That went on for a year or so. My mom used to search these symptoms on the internet and watch shows about Tourettes, because she didn't know what was wrong with me. I also used to have anxiety problems, and had to take medicine for it. Anyone know what was going on? Thanks!
